Woodrow Wilson and Obafemi Awolowo were both lawyers and both were politicians.
Wilson was President of Princeton University and relatedly Awolowo was Pro-Chancellor of the University of Ife.
Wilson was Governor of New Jersey State and relatedly Awolowo was Premier of Western Nigeria.
Wilson was President of the United States of America. He had his 14-point plan and Awolowo was to be described as the best president Nigeria never had. He had his 14-point programmme and eventually his four cardinal points.
Franklin Roosevelt, a lawyer, hired a publicity man for the campaign of Wilson. He served as Governor of New York State for four years and became American President.
Bola Ige, a lawyer, was publicity secretary of his party under the leadership of Awolowo. He served as Governor of Oyo State for four years and was a presidential aspirant.
