Fidelity Bank Plc yesterday handed N2 million to Damilola Emmanuel Olufemi, winner of the First Prize in the Fidelity Get Alert in Millions Savings promo.
At an elaborate ceremony held at the Corporate Head Office of the bank in Lagos, a highly elated Olufemi was presented with N2 million, marking a big step in his journey to fulfill his dream of becoming a successful music producer.
Olufemi got the pleasant surprise when the bank’s Executive Director, Lagos and South-West, Mrs. Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, at the well attended event handed a N2 million cheque to him.
Joined by other senior management staff of the bank, representatives from the Consumer Protection Council (CPC), and the Nigerian Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC), Mrs. Onyeali-Ikpe watched with great delight as Olufemi was enthralled by the entire experience, expressing unreserved gratitude to Fidelity Bank for keeping its word and transforming his fortunes.
His words: “With my winning, I can buy musical equipment for my studio work.”
Strategically designed to advance Federal Government’s laudable financial inclusion policy, the Fidelity Get Alert in Millions Savings promo also raises awareness on the need for Nigerians to acquire a savings culture.
Similar prize presentations were simultaneously made across the regions.
