BREAKING NEWS: Militants outsmart military, blow up another pipeline

Despite the heavy presence of the Nigerian military, suspected Niger Delta militants have succeeded in blowing up yet another crude oil pipeline.

A breaking news by Channels Television said the attack took place in Afiesere-Iwhrenene area in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.

The report identified the target as a crude oil delivery line belonging to the Nigerian petroleum Development Company (NPDC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian national Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

Further details were not immediately available.
