The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Monday, July 11, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected over most places with chances of localised thunderstorms over Sokoto and Yelwa axis in the morning hours and later in the afternoon over the stretch of the north but more to the northeast. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 31- 34oc.

CENTRAL STATES: localised rains will prevail over the region in the morning with prospect of isolated thunderstorms later in the day. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 25- 33oc.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are anticipated in the south west in the morning hours with localised thunderstorms over the south east and the coast. Localised rains would be experienced also over the entire south in the afternoon/evening period. Day time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 26-30oc.
