Taking a cue from what happened today in Britain, where a referendum known as BREXIT was held, culminating in the decision by Britons to quit the European Union, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) this afternoon announced the official launch of a campaign slogan for a referendum on independence for Biafra.

It is known as BIAFREXIT VOTE.

An IPOB international spokesman Clifford Iroanya said in an e-mail to News Express: “Tthe Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hereby officially launch the campaign slogan titled: BIAFREXIT VOTE.”

Iroanya said an official statement on the BIAFREXIT VOTE campaign would soon follow.
