Smart Adeyemi, former Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District in 7th Senate, on Friday dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling party All Progressives Congress (APC).

Adeyemi, who briefed journalists in Abuja about his defection, also urged his supporters to move en masse to the APC with immediate effect.

“My decision to join APC is to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s determination to develop every part of the country, especially my Kogi West constituency,” Adeyemi said
