The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Wednesday, March 16, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny conditions are expected over this region. Maiduguri is likely to be under hazy condition while Yelwa axis will be partly cloudy. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24-28oC.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are anticipated with prospects of localised thunderstorms over Ilorin, Bida and Lokoja during the morning and afternoon hours. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 22-27oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Places like Ilorin, Iseyin and Oshogbo may experience rain/thundery showers in the morning. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the entire region during the afternoon/evening period. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 22-26oC.
