SUCCESS FACTOR, a personal development column that focuses on leadership skills, strategy, self positioning, brand positioning, the relevance of the social media network, goal setting, networking, vision, mission, purpose, etc., debuts this Wednesday, July 3, in News Express.

It is to be anchored by the popular London-based motivational writer, Kenneth Nkemnacho. A writer, blogger, market researcher, radio and television host, and inspirational speaker, Kenneth is a YAHOO contributor who has published several books. He is the CEO of Kenneth Vision Media, a London-based organisation committed to writing, publishing, and content creations which focuses on people and corporate development.

SUCCESS FACTOR will be appear every other Wednesday, alternating with the popular COINCIDENCES column written by the London-based scholar and researcher, Augustine Togonu-Bickersteth. A unique column, COINCIDENCES used to appear every Wednesday but was rested briefly and has now returned as a fortnightly column. It has been acclaimed even by David Spiegelhalter, a world renowned statistician at Cambridge University, and by groups such as the Obafemi Awolowo Foundation.

Commenting on the idea behind SUCCESS FACTOR and what readers should expect, the columnist, Kenneth, said:

“When you read most newspapers from different parts of the globe, the major subject you see is politics. Most of these political stories are centred on corruption, debates, criticisms and economy. These all tell you what is wrong, even if they hardly tell you how to fix it. As a result of this negative news, most of the populace is frustrated and infuriated. As it’s been generally observed, frustration is counterproductive; it yields no positive results.

“We believe that to help the people get on their feet; we must teach them how to get up and stand up. For a man to be independent, he needs to be taught how to fish. Teaching him how to fish is helping him develop himself. A man who develops himself actually develops his skills. The sharpening of the skills of a man enhances his ability. Ability creates a room called capacity; ability plus capacity yield capability. To help the man in the street reach his full potential and give him something that is apolitical, we bring to you a fortnightly column called SUCCESS FACTOR.

“Kenneth will teach you how to focus and reach that destination you’ve ever dreamt of; he will teach you how to make it happen because that dream can become reality if you simply follow the column; SUCCESS FACTOR.

“So, do you know your goals but don’t know how to achieve them or have a vision but don’t know how to bring it to manifestation? Do you want to take your career or profession to the next level? Are you an entrepreneur looking for ways to achieve high standards in your business or a student intending to become excellent in your academics? Are you a family minded person that wants to reposition his home for the better? If you fall into one or more of these categories, then fortnightly on Wednesdays beginning from July 3, 2013, follow Kenneth on his column; SUCCESS FACTOR. Success Factor is a must follow and a must read. Fortnightly, Kenneth will be bringing to you, different topics on diverse success subjects. He will not just be analyzing problems but majorly proffering solutions. SUCCESS FACTOR is a didactic column that tells you ‘How to’; it doesn’t just tell you that something should be done; it tells you what should be done and how to do it! SUCCESS FACTOR; the only column that factors success into the mainstream of humanity!!”
