Poor visibility to characterise Boxing Day, says NiMET

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for this Boxing Day, Saturday, December 26, 2015:

COASTAL AREAS: Dust haze is expected to prevail over this region with visibility of 1-3km in most places throughout the forecast period.

INLAND AREAS: Dust haze is expected to prevail over this region with visibility of 1-3km in most places throughout the forecast period.

CENTRAL STATES: Dust haze is expected over this region with localised visibility of less than or equal to 1,000m throughout the forecast period

NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze conditions are expected to prevail over this region throughout the forecast period with visibility of less than or equal to 1,000m in most places.
