Announcing the dissolution, Chikamnayo said: “As is normal and routine in every political setting, EXCO was formally dissolved today. The dissolution of the EXCO today was not based on any ill-feelings but was simply carried out as part of the routine re-engineering of the machinery of government.
“That was why when His Excellency, our dear God-sent Governor, announced the formal dissolution of EXCO, every member of the EXCO applauded the governor for being the best ever leader anybody would have wished to have served under.”
“From my personal experience, Governor T. A. Orji remains the best governor to work with as a commissioner. His candour, his maturity, his fatherly disposition, his wisdom in the face of very trying moments stands him out as the best governor anybody would have wished to work under.”
