NiMET predicts rain, thunderstorm, cloudy and hazy weather for today

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria's weather condition for today, Sunday 1, 2015:

COASTAL AREAS: Localised rains are expected over the entire region in the morning, while prospect of localised thunderstorms are also expected to prevail over the entire region in the afternoon/evening.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy conditions is expected over Minna, Jos, Bauchi, Gombe and Yola axis, with chances of sunny/hazy conditions over the nothern part of Kaduna, while localised thunderstorms are expected over Abuja and other parts of the central states.

NORTHERN STATES: the extreme northern states are expected to be hazy throughout the day while partly cloudy condition will prevail over the remaining parts of the region in the morning/evening hours.
