Weather Forecast for Today, By the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET)

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Saturday, October 2, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES

Coastal Areas: Localise drizzle conditions are expected over the coast while there are prospects of localised rain showers over the region in the afternoon/evening hours.

Inland Areas: Cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over the region in the morning and chances of localised thunderstorms during the afternoon/ evening hours.

Central States: Localised thunderstorms are expected over southern part of Abuja, Lafia and Mambila in the morning hours and prospects of localised thunderstorm over the entire region in the afternoon/evening hours.

NORTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected with prospects of localised thunderstorm over the eastern part of the region in the afternoon/evening hours.
