Chief of Army Staff celebrates Sallah with injured soldiers

The Chief of Army Staff, Major General Tukur Buratai, has marked the Eid-el Kabir celebration by giving food to injured soldiers in Yola, Adamawa State.

The soldiers were wounded in their battle against insurgents in the Sambisa forest and Gwoza.

The Brigade Commander, 23 Brigade, Colonel Aba Popoola, represented the Chief of Staff at the Army Medical Center where the wounded soldiers are receiving treatment.

Colonel Popoola said that the visit was in the spirit of the season. (Channels TV)
