The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Monday, September 21, 2015:

SOUTHERN STATES COASTAL AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected over the region with chances of localised drizzle during the morning hours and localised rain showers during afternoon/evening hours.

INLAND AREAS: Cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised rains over the south east inlands during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during afternoon/evening hours.

CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thunderstorms over Yelwa, Bida, Minna, Lafia, Makurdi, Jalingo and Abuja during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms/rain over the region during the afternoon/evening hours.

NORTHERN STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy conditions are expected with chances of localised thunderstorms over Kano during the morning hours. There are prospects of localised thunderstorms over the region during afternoon/evening hours.
