The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and National Orientation Wednesday in Abuja presented a number of proposals to President Muhammadu Buhari, among them recommendations for the easing of the visa procurement process for tourists and the establishment of a tourism development fund.
The proposals were presented by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Nkechi Ejele, who led the ministry’s delegation to brief the president in the Presidential Villa.
Speaking at the end of a briefing, President Buhari commended the Permanent Secretary for “a very good presentation” and promised that his government will support the Ministry’s activities.
