Nigeria’s Lady of Gospel songs, Aity Dennis, will be storming the music scene again in December after having gone on sabbatical.
The quintessential artiste, multiple award-winning singer and multilingual music minister who crisscrosses the nations of the world with her inspiring message will be joining other stars as she mounts the stage during the forthcoming annual Akwa Ibom State Christmas Carol Festival scheduled to hold on December 17 at Uyo.
According to the Akwa Ibom State Culture and Tourism Ambassador, whose last song, “Call My Number”, was dropped three years ago, her music at the event “will move your heart and your feet and will bring down healing, comfort and restoration”.
Aity Dennis is an exuberant singer with more than two decades in gospel music ministry and numerous soul-lifting songs in various languages to her credit.
She was invited by former President Goodluck Jonathan as the only guest performing artiste for the launching of his official biography, ‘Wind of Hope,’ at the Presidential Villa, some years back.
Recall that the multiple award winning musician, dancer, author and television producer, in 2018 gave birth to a set of twins (a boy and a girl) at the age of 50 after 24 years of childlessness.
She had this to say after welcoming the double bundle of joy: “My life has become a living testimony, so the least I can do is to encourage people going through stuff in this life to hold on to God even when they are in dire straits. If God could end my 24 years wait for a baby and turns me from ‘Mama Nothing’ to ‘Mama Three’, then impossible is possible. If you doubt it, call my number!”
