Breaking: Alex Otti of APGA powers into the lead in Abia

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, Dr. Alex Otti, has powered into the lead in the Abia State gubernatorial race.

News Express Correspondent in Umuahia says that Otti has won six of the 11 collated local governments, with Okezie Ikpeazu of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winning five.

Collation of results in the very tight race continues.
