MOPOL Inspector, fake soldiers arrested while escorting fake election materials in Delta

Police in Oleh, Isoko South LG of Delta in the wee hours of today arrested some fake soldiers and a serving Mobile Police Inspector who were escorting fake electoral materials from the Warri axis of the state.

They were reportedly arrested along with two thugs suspected to have been hired from Warri by two top PDP leaders in Aviara Clan in Isoko South.

A report in the online edition of The SUPREME quoted Delta State Police PRO Celestine Kalu as confirming the story. “One of the fake soldiers spoke to me and confirmed that they were sent by Ferguson.” he said.

The SUPREME identified Ferguson as the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly candidate in the area. Both the policeman and fake soldiers are being detained at Police Area Command Ughelli, the report said.
