Nigeria’s business mogul, Aliko Dangote, and oil and telecoms magnate, Mike Adenuga, have emerged world’s Black billionaires for the year 2019, by FORBE’s latest listing.
According to the American business magazine’s list of 13 richest Black people on earth, the president of Dangote Group clinched the first position with a fortune estimated at $10.9 billion, while Adenuga, founder of Globacom, a Nigerian mobile telephone outfit, came second with an estimated fortune of $9.1 billion.
Two other Nigerians who made the 13-man list of richest Black people in the world are Abdulsamad Rabiu with an estimated fortune of $1.6 billion (11th position) and Folorunsho Alakija whose estimated fortune is $1.1 billion (12th position).
