One of Nigeria’s most sonorous female singers, WAJE, was recently put on a television programme to do a quick one. And she did it to the amazement of the viewers and her teeming fans.

The 39-year-old single mother of one daughter who says her stage name W.A.J.E is an acronym of Words Aren’t Just Enough, was put on a hot seat and asked to make a quick choice between two options on FOLIO, a popular television entertainment programme powered by CNN.

Between Reality and Fiction, the Ondo State-born graduate of social work from the University of Nigeria Nsukka said she prefers fiction.

Between Davido and Wizkid, she chose both. Between popcorn and peanuts WAJE said she would go for popcorn any day. She prefers wine to beer, loves e-book more than hard cover and prefers sweet to sour.

Asked to make a choice between a slim guy and a thick guy, the multiple award-winning entertainer said she would readily go for a slim guy but with large muscles.

And between having sex in the day time and having it at night, she queried the presenter: “Why discriminate? I’d go for both. Well, that has been my Quick 1, and I hope you enjoyed it.”
