Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Prince Arthur Eze, has declared that anyone who opposes President Goodluck Jonathan’s aspiration to win re-election next year shall perish.

Prince Eze made the declaration yesterday while speaking with journalists after visiting President Jonathan at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.

His words: “Jonathan is our brother. God gave him power and anybody fighting him is fighting God, the person will perish and I don’t want to perish. He was in his village and God sent for him and gave him power,” said Prince Eze, a billionaire government contractor.

“Now all of us will support him. He is fighting for all you the new generation. I am an old man, I am dying and that is why you have to support him and change your life. He has started changing the lives of Nigerians, the widows, the orphans, the needy. That is the will of God.”

Prince Eze, a billionaire businessman from Anambra State, also declared his support for the state’s in-coming governor, Chief Willie Obiano, of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

“I am the founder of APGA,” he said. “The new governor is a young man; when you
look at him, very cool. We shall support him to succeed.”
