An All Progressive Congress (APC) aspirant in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State Hon. Stanley Eshanomi has declared that the State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, is a good manager.

He expressed the view while speaking with Indigenous Correspondent Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Asaba, the state capital, during a media chat on the forthcoming local government election in the state. Hon. Eshanomi stated that Governor Okowa should also add more managers to the government that the people of Delta State is yearning to experience good governance.

“Meanwhile, as an aspirant for the position of Chairmanship in Sapele Local Government Area, I need to critically streamline why I am running the race.”

According to him, his people have chosen him and he is not aspiring for the position to fill his bank account but to give his people good governance.

“Empowerment and education among others are my priorities that I have chosen to offer to my people,” he said, adding that “over the years the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has not favoured my people and my people have decided that I should represent them in the local government,” Stanley said.
