The National Sports Federations Elections Petitions Appeal Committee has annulled the election of Ibrahim Gusau as President of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN).
The committee has ordered a bye election to be conducted on July 7.
Gusau had won the initial election on June 13.
He defeated closest opponent, Rosa Collins by a whopping 48 votes to 2.
However, the contestants from the northeast, Charles Eyo appealed the outcome election following his disqualification.
The Appeals Committee has now ruled in his favor. (TV360 Nigeria)
