The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today, Tuesday, March 14, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: This region is anticipated to be under sunny condition with the exception of Maiduguri, Nguru and Potiskum axis which are anticipated to be under sunny and hazy conditions throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 35 – 39°C and 15 – 28°C respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy condition is expected over the Central cities during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 31 – 40°C and 17 – 27°C respectively.

SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are expected over the entire inland cities. Partly cloudy condition is anticipated in the morning over the coastal Cities with prospect of localised thunderstorm in the afternoon/evening hours. The day and night time temperatures are expected to be in the ranges of 34 – 39°C and 23 – 26°C respectively.
