Hazy, cloudy weather conditions expected today: NIMET

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today, Friday, January 13, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: This area is expected to be under hazy conditions in the next 24 hours. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 30 – 33°C and 12 – 19°C respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Hazy conditions are expected over this region within the period of forecast. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 27 – 34°C and 13 – 21°C respectively.

SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are likely in the morning hours with prospects of isolated showers later in the day over places such as Calabar, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt and Eket. Day and Night time temperatures are expected to be in this range of 33 – 35°C and 19 – 24°C respectively.
