Senate promises to look into NYSC mobilisation saga

The Senate has restated its commitment to looking into the ongoing crisis in the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) full mobilisation of graduates across the country, which is yet to be resolved.

Senate President Bukola Saraki, according to his tweet on Tuesday afternoon, said "the Senate is really concerned that NYSC hasn’t been able to fully mobilise, due to lack of funds.

He however, assured that “the Senate will look into it.”

Recall that the Director General of the National Youth Service Corp, Brigadier-General Suleiman Kazaure had claimed that the issue of full mobilisation of graduands into the NYSC scheme “was as a result of lack of financial resources.”
