The Lagos State Government, through the State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA), has stated that one of the requirements for members of Mudano community in Epe Local Government Area to get considered for compensation on their land acquired by the State government is their registration cards.
Mr. Sheriff Tobun, the Agency’s team leader and supervisor for Epe
Division disclosed this during a continuous residents’ registration
exercise in the community, saying that the importance attached to the on-going registration programme across the State by the present administration cannot be overemphasized.
While urging other members of Mudano community to come out and participate in the residents’ registration, he maintained that the
registration cards would be issued to residents free of charge.
The Agency was established by Law in year 2011by the State Government to identify and register all residents of Lagos State for efficient planning and allocation of resources.
