Jonathan leaves for Geneva

Immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan leaves Nigeria early today for Geneva, Switzerland, to honour a Gala Night uptomorrow, January 27, being organised to honour him by the Circle of Diplomas.

A statement signed by Peter Agba Kalu for the Circle of Diplomats said: “While there he will deliver a speech on ‘Security and Education in Africa’ and interact with the Geneva Press Corp.

There is no international press conference coming up at the event as he is going for the purpose of honouring the invitation of the highly valued diplomats. This press release supersedes any other information about the event that has been circulated.”
